I have been the host of Reality Realty for over 2 years now. I started off co-hosting with my friend, Dave Smith, a certified home inspector with Pillar to Post Home Inspectors. We realized that there was no local radio show focusing on real estate and so we decided to create one. Reality Realty was born. Reality Realty is your local real estate forum where we take on, talk about and interview guests on all things real estate with a direct focus on Northumberland County and the communities within it.
Over the years we have covered many topics including: home staging, kitchen renovations, Buyer’s vs. Seller’s market, mortgages, deal breakers to name a few. If I had to pick my absolute favourite show from the hundred plus shows we’ve produced, it would have to be the call in shows. We take questions on social media, by text or a live call and attempt to answer the listener’s questions as best we can. I love the interaction with our listeners and the variety of questions we get with these shows.
