During the preparation and listing process, we found that Dale had good ideas and good advice, but he made it clear that the decisions were ours, not his. We appreciated this position. Prior to listing the property, he (not we) hired both house inspector and a house stager so that our house was listed complete with a report of its state of repair, and a set of pictures that made the house look more beautiful than usual. He was also willing to use his muscles to move furniture etc. to bring the stager's ideas to completion.
He had a very clear understanding of the current state house market in our area. When the offers came, which they did in a very short time, he was able to ask us the right questions so that we could easily make a decision about which offer to accept.

I can't speak for other nice guys, but in Dale's case - he does! A few years ago, he sold my daughter a house and I liked what I saw even before I knew he was a nice guy. To make a long story short, the house sold in two days, in a market where house sales were depressed by 31% compared to last year. He managed to get us significantly more than the asking price, and interestingly, a similar house, similarly priced, listed in our community, at the time of this writing - three and a half months later, has yet to be sold.
