For those of you who love numbers, stats and paying attention to what is happening in the real estate market- you will be happy to hear that I provide real estate stats on a number of platforms. Each week on my radio show, “Reality Realty” I broadcast a Snapshot report of Northumberland’s residential real estate market for that week. I research these Northumberland County statistics and calculate the absorption rate using information from the CoreLogic’s Matrix System. Matrix is the local Realtor component of the MLS system.
