Starting a Weekly Survey

I host a radio show called “Reality Realty” on Northumberland 89.7 FM every Thursday from 11 am to noon. I have decided to create a weekly survey that will be tied to the topic and special guest on Reality Realty. The results from the survey will be aired each week.
